The winning Mega Millions numbers for Friday were 10, 15, 20, 66, and 68, and the Mega Ball number was 18 while the Megaplier was 2X, according to the Mega Millions website.
There was a top prize of $36 million with a cash option of $25.8 million on offer. There were no winners of the top prize as no ticket matched all five numbers and the Mega Ball.
However, there was one big winner, with a ticket sold in Texas matching the five white balls to win $1 million. Had they purchased the Megaplier for an extra $1, they would have doubled their money and earned a $2 million prize.
There were also 12 tickets matching four white balls plus the Mega Ball to take the $10,000 prize. None of those tickets used the Megaplier option.
There were 193 tickets that matched four white balls to win $500, 48 of whom doubled their winnings with the Megaplier. In total, the November 5 drawing produced over 343,000 winning tickets of at least $2.

The jackpot now grows to $45 million for Tuesday's drawing with a cash option of $32.2 million.
While there was no winner of the top prize on Friday, there have now been some big Mega Millions winners in 2021.
So far, six jackpots have been won in 2021, starting with a $1.05 billion prize on January 22 that went to a group of Michigan players.
Last month, three family members from Lake Havasu City in Arizona won $75.2 million before taxes for their winning ticket. They chose the cash lump sum option for the $108 million winning ticket which had been bought at the Desert Martini bar in the Arizona city.
The bar earned a tidy $50,000 sales incentive from the Arizona Lottery for selling the winning ticket.
How to play
Mega Millions drawings take place every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. ET. in which five white balls are drawn from balls numbered 1 through 70. One yellow Mega Ball is drawn from balls numbered from 1 to 25.
Mega Millions tickets cost $2 per play and if no one wins the jackpot prize, the money is added to the top prize for the following drawing.
Most states offer a Megaplier option, which increases non-jackpot prizes by two, three, four or five times.
Before each Mega Millions drawing, the Megaplier is drawn from 15 balls. Five of these balls are marked with 2X, six with 3X, three with 4X and one with 5X.
Tickets are available in 45 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, they can not be bought in Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah.
