One winner and their guest will be given a private after-hours tour by a noted art historian, followed by Renaissance-inspired quaffs in a pop-up living room in front of the Mona Lisa. Dinner follows, served with the Venus de Milo as your centerpiece, and then a nightcap concert in Napoleon III's personal chambers.

The lucky duo will sleep in the I.M. Pei-designed glass structure itself. (Actually, they'll bed down inside a non-transparent pyramid inside the glass pyramid.) The excursion also includes free roundtrip airfare, plus two additional nights in a Paris Airbnb and extraneous meals and transporation.

But you'll have to work for it: Entrants must answer the question "Why would you be the Mona Lisa's perfect guest?"—with a panel of judges selecting the best answer. Submit your answer tot airbnb.com/louvre by April 12 at 11:59 p.m. Paris time (that's 5:59 p.m. EDT). The winner will be announced April 19.

Past locales offered up as "Night At" destinations include Fenway Park, Abbey Road Studios, Ellis Island, the Lego House in Denmark, Dracula's Castle in Transylvania, and the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin. The goal is to raise awareness about the homeshare company's growing business in booking experiences, activities and tours.
