If you thought you knew everything about the last three years of Luann de Lesseps life, you're wrong. Sure, you've likely seen her go through some tough times on recent seasons of Real Housewives of New York, and for a while there it was almost impossible to open up a web browser and not see her name all over online gossip blogs.
RHONY fans soon learn how everything went down, straight from the horse's mouth, when de Lesseps releases her new tell-all book. The reality star revealed to Page Six she's been working on a memoir, in which she plans to open up on her short-lived marriage to Tom D'Agostino Jr., as well as her 2017 arrest and rehab stints.

"I've been keeping a diary of everything that has happened to me," de Lesseps explained. "I've been sober for eight months, and the therapists urge you to be honest about yourself. But many of the things written about me have been false, so this book is my chance to lay myself bare and also set the record straight."
The Countess—as she was called on previous seasons of the Bravo reality show—first appeared on the series in 2008, just one year before her divorce from French entrepreneur and aristocrat Count Alexandre de Lesseps. She went on to date Jacques Azoulay for four years, but they split in 2013. After meeting D'Agostino—who previously dated her RHONY co-stars Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer—she announced her engagement to the businessman in February 2016. They wed on New Year's Eve and were divorced within seven months.
De Lesseps' life seemed to hit a number of roadblocks after her second divorce. She was charged with battery, trespassing and disorderly intoxication after getting arrested in Palm Beach, Florida—the town in which she married D'Agostino—in December 2017. She credited her heartbreak over D'Agosino for the ordeal.
"I want to offer my most sincere apologies to anyone that I might have offended with my behavior," she tweeted. "This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding and being here brought up buried emotions. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018."
The cabaret singer spent the New Year in rehab and was on the road to sobriety until she relapsed in July 2018 after being sued by her children Victoria and Noel de Lesseps regarding the sale of her Hampton's summer home. The lawsuit was dropped but not before de Lesseps' RHONY castmate Bethenny Frankel staged an intervention, leading her to head back to rehab. As a result, she missed the RHONY Season 10 reunion.
De Lesseps avoided jail time when she accepted a plea deal stemming from her 2017 assault charges in August 2018. Instead of spending time behind bars, the 54-year-old was ordered to spend a year on probation, which included completion of 50 hours of community service and a required two Alcohol Anonymous meetings a week. She was also forced to attend a victim impact class hosted by Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
When de Lesseps returned for the 11th season of RHONY, she was in a much better place. She was maintaining her sobriety and told Us Weekly she was focusing on "taking care of myself and hangout out with less people that are prone to partying."
"I do the best that I can do," she said in March. "I get on the stage and that keeps me busy and it keeps me focused on my cabaret, and I get to put my creative energy into that and it keeps me out of trouble."
