Mac Miller's mother celebrated her first Christmas since her son's death on Tuesday. Karen Meyers shared a photo of a holiday feast Miller's family enjoyed on Christmas Eve.

"We spent the most wonderful night with favorite friends.. that are our family," she wrote. "The love in the food and the atmosphere was transcendent.. so grateful… thank you Ian the master chef and Fig and with the company of Preston.. blessings."

Several of Miller's fans responded to Meyer's post offering their condolences and wished the rapper's family a happy holiday.

Meanwhile, Miller's ex-girlfriend, singer Ariana Grande, also shared a subtle tribute to the rapper on Christmas. Grande shared a photo of Miller's dog Myron, whom fans have long speculated she adopted after his death in September. Along with a black-and-white photo of the dog, shared in Grande's Instagram Stories, the "Thank U, Next" singer included a tiny printed message that read: "We miss you merry Christmas."

Some fans speculated the message was intended for Miller, whom Grande dated for two years before the couple called it quits in May.

Miller, whose birth name was Malcolm McCormick, died on September 7. The Swimming rapper was discovered dead in his Studio City, California, home due to an apparent overdose. Further toxicology reports revealed Miller accidentally died from an overdose caused by fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol.

Miller was nominated for his first Grammy award for Best Rap Album, along with Cardi B, Nipsey Hussle, Pusha T and Travis Scott, in early December. His mother shared her reaction to the news in an Instagram post—a screenshot of the Recording Academy's tweet announcing Miller's Grammy nomination. She captioned the image with a string of emojis, including two baby angles.

Similar to her holiday post, Meyer's message about Miller's Grammy nomination also sparked a wave of reactions from fans, who sent Meyer's their well wishes.
