After the arrival of Virgil van Dijk from Southampton in January, Jurgen Klopp is on the verge of a perfect Liverpool team.

Van Dijk's presence has immediately strengthened the defense, helping take the team into next week's Champions League final against Real Madrid in Kiev.

But there is one position that remains a problem for Klopp, one where there is still little certainty and little faith: between the posts.

Loris Karius has been placed as Klopp's number one goalkeeper through this season, and will likely start the Champions League final.

But Klopp may look to bring in another option in the summer, and the player they are linked with can both help Karius as well as take his place.

For, according to The Sun, Liverpool want to sign Gianluigi Buffon after the 40-year-old Italian announced he would be leaving Juventus after 17 years at the club. Manchester City are also interested, however.

Rivals Manchester United looks set to wrap up a deal for another Juventus player. According to Football Italia, Brazilian left-back Alex Sandro is set to be signed by Jose Mourinho in a deal worth £44 million. Chelsea had also been looking to sign the 27-year-old.

At the Emirates Stadium, Aaron Ramsey picked up all the accolades at Arsenal this month, winning player of the year and goal of the season, but now could be leaving. According to The Sun, the 27-year-old midfielder could be sold by the Gunners if he doesn't sign a new contract this summer.

Chelsea may be ready to sell a key player, too. After less than a year at Stamford Bridge, Alvaro Morata could be heading for the exit, according to The Independent, as Juventus want to bring the 25-year-old Italian back to Turin, two years after he left.

And finally, whoever is manager of Chelsea next season could have Manchester United's Anthony Martial and Nice's Jean-Michael Seri, according to the Daily Mail. The Blues have compiled a list of players they want to sign as Antonio Conte looks set to leave the club.
