Mandy Moore Celebrates 'A Walk to Remember' 20th Anniversary in Viral Video Seen 1.4M Times

Mandy Moore shared a heartfelt video remembering A Walk To Remember in celebration of the movie's 20th anniversary.

In the viral video posted to Tiktok, Moore happily sat down and rewatched the film while recording her reactions. Since posting her very first video to the platform, it has gained over 200,000 likes and 9,000 comments in just one day. The video also has over 1million views.

On January 25, 2002, A Walk To Remember was released into theaters causing the heartbreak of many viewers. The film is based on the popular book of the same name by Nicholas Sparks. Two unlikely high school students, Landon Carter (played by Shane West) and Jamie Sullivan (played by Mandy Moore), began to fall in love but have to face obstacles in their new relationship.

Moore started the video by mentioning she hasn't seen the movie in well over a decade.

"I can't think of a better way to celebrate than to watch the movie with all of you," she said.

Moore grabbed a snack and blanket to watch the movie from the beginning. Moore even sang along with her character for one of the iconic scenes. The This Is Us star even admitted having a crush on West.

She ended her video saying, "Landon and Jamie forever!!"

The comments underneath Moore's video were filled with many positive messages about the fans love for the movie.

@Katlin had over 10,000 likes on her comment. "I just spent 2 minutes watching Mandy Moore watch Mandy Moore," she wrote.
