Manny Pacquiao has taken the novel route of using Twitter to canvass for his next opponent.

Pacquiao, a five-weight world champion turned politician in his native Philippines, posted a poll to his Twitter account late on Sunday evening, offering fans the choice of voting for Amir Khan, fellow Briton Kell Brook, Australian Jeff Horn or American Terence Crawford as his next opponent.

The 38-year-old last fought in November, defeating Jessie Vargas in a wide points decision for the WBO Welterweight title.

Khan, the 30-year-old from Bolton, England, moved up to middleweight in May 2016 but was brutally knocked out by Mexican Saul Alvarez. He has long been linked with a super-fight against Pacquiao, who, before the Vargas fight, told Sky Sports in November 2016 that he would be open to the possibility of facing his "friend" Khan.
