Cops responding to a noise complaint at his home found the actor naked in his living room, banging on bongo drums. Police then arrested the dazed and confused star after finding "drug paraphernalia in plain view." Those charges were dropped due to insufficient evidence, though people continued to talk about the male friend partying with the actor. Contrary to reports, that man was clothed. "It wasn't a duet," McConaughey's lawyer says. "This was a solo act."
