It has been over a year since Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly broke the internet after announcing their relationship, and judging by recent public outings and their saucy social media posts, their relationship has been going from strength to strength.
In November 2020, Fox filed for divorce from her ex-husband Brian Austin Green after 10 years of marriage, which is now one step closer to being finalized, according to reports.
Who Is Megan Fox's Ex-Husband?
Megan Fox was married to American actor Brian Austin Green for 10 years.
Green is best known for his role as David Silver in Beverly Hills, 90210. His other well-known credits include Sean Healy in Anger Management and Keith Watson in Desperate Housewives.
He recently competed in Season 30 of Dancing with the Stars, where he was partnered with his current girlfriend Sharna Burgess. They were the third couple to be eliminated from the competition.
Fox and Green began dating in 2004, after meeting on the set of the early 00's sitcom Hope & Faith. According to Access Hollywood, Fox was 18 years old and Green was 30.
They became engaged in November 2006 but according to several reports, the engagement was called off in February 2009.
Fox and Green reportedly got engaged again on June 1, 2010, according to People but speaking to E! News in 2010, Fox stated she and Green had been continuously engaged since 2006.
They officially tied the knot on June 24, 2010, in a private ceremony at the Four Seasons Resort on Maui, Hawaii.
They have three sons together: Noah Shannon Green, 9, Bodhi Ransom Green, 7, and Journey River Green, 5.
Brian also had a son Kassius, born in 2002 from his previous relationship with actress Vanessa Marcil.
On August 21, 2015, Fox filed for divorce for the first time from Green citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split, reported People.
However, by early 2016, they were back together and expecting their third child, who was born in August 2016.
Three years later on April 25, 2019, Fox filed to dismiss the 2015 divorce, reported US Weekly.
However, in May 2020, Green announced that he and Fox had officially separated after nearly 10 years of marriage and in November 2020, Fox, once again filed for divorce.
Speaking on his podcast "...with Brian Austin Green" in mid-May 2020, Green shared he and Fox had been separated for several months after realizing they had grown apart.
He said: "She said, 'You know what, I realized while I was out of the country working alone, that I feel more like myself and I liked myself better during that experience. And I think that's something that might be worth trying for me.'
"I was upset about it, but I can't be upset at her and I wasn't upset at her because she didn't ask to feel that way."
He added: "I will always love her and she will always love me.
"Who knows if this is the end of the journey. We have a lot of life left. So the paths have sort of gone in separate ways for now. They could come back together. They may not. We don't know."
According to TMZ, over the weekend of Saturday, October 16, 2021, Fox and Green have settled their divorce and are just one judge's signature away from it being finalized.
Fox has been dating rapper Machine Gun Kelly since June 2020, going public with their relationship several weeks after the release of his song "Bloody Valentine" which starred Fox in the music video.
