Mom Hilariously Harassed by Twin Toddlers During Home Work Out in Viral Video

Finding the time to exercise is often tricky, but this problem is magnified when you are a full-time parent to small children.

That's why when a video was shared to TikTok showing one mom attempting to work out at home with two small toddlers in tow it instantly went viral, having attracted more than 8.7 million views.

The clip was shared to the app by an account called Bgfagan, which is run by parents Brian and Amanda Fagan, documenting their life with twin toddlers, Crew and Cal.

The video, which can be viewed here, is filmed on home CCTV and shows Amanda wearing leggings and a sports jersey in her living room.

She first attempts an arabesque, but is knocked of balance by the two boys playing beneath her.

In matching pyjamas and surrounded by toys the kids run amok, as the mom then tries to do squats which hilariously results in one of the boys headbutting her backside.

Next the camera cuts to Amanda trying to do a wide squat and a child running headfirst into her crotch—ouch!

Fagan captioned his video, which can be watched here, writing: "It's either this, or alone at 5am [skull emoji] #DoTheJuJu #parentsoftiktok #TheTwinz."
