National Chicken Wing Day 2019: Best Deals and Freebies From Buffalo Wild Wings, Wingstop, Hooters, Kelseys and More

Today (July 29) is National Chicken Wing Day, where people across America can celebrate their favorite poultry cut. The wing is quite popular, with the National Chicken Council (NCC) reporting that 1.38 billion wings are consumed during Super Bowl weekend alone.

Newsweek has scoured the web to find you the best deals, freebies and competitions so you can make the most of this sacred day. You can also bag yourself some National Chicken Wing merchandise if your love for the wings goes beyond the ties that bind.

National Chicken Wings Deals

Buffalo Wild Wings: On Monday, July 29, wing enthusiasts can head over to B-Dubs for a free snack size order of wings with the purchase of any small, medium or large order of wings (applies to boneless or traditional; dine-in only), the company told Newsweek.

Wingstop: The chain will be offering five free wings (boneless or classic) with any wing purchase on the day itself, and will donate $1 per transaction back to local communities.

Wing Shack Wings: According to its website, the restaurant is offering $10 off any order of $25 or more, which is up to 40 percent off your entire spend. To get the offer, you need to be a member of the company's Wing Club, which you can access via the website.

P.J. Whelihan: Native to Pennsylvania and New Jersey, this pub chain is celebrating National Chicken Wing Day at all 17 locations with endless wings for only $15.99, the company told Newsweek. Available naked or classic, slightly sweet or super spicy. P.J.'s Pub has 11 different sauces and 1 featured sauce of the month perfect for anyone's palate. This all-you-can-eat offer is valid in-store only and excludes takeout.

Prohibition Savannah's: Recently voted Best in Savannah, you can get six charred chicken wings for $5 during Happy Hour from 4:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. the company told Newsweek. The Memphis dry-rub and sweet vinegar wings are charred on the grill and served with both Gorgonzola ranch and a carrot-chile emulsion.

Hooters: Chicken wing-lovers can get $15.99 unlimited wings, valid until Monday, July 29, 2019. Pricing is per person, is dine-in only and not available with any other discount. Valid only at participating locations, and the offer may vary per location.

St. Louis Bar and Grill: According to its website, one winner will receive 52 coupons for a free pound of wings; one pound per week for a year. There are five different ways to enter:

Kelseys: CAA members can get free chicken wings at any location on July 29, 2019. According to CAA's website, members can receive 10 free wings at restaurants, excluding Niagara Falls, when they show their CAA card. Only one offer per table per day and this is for dine-in only.
