When is the World Series?
The World Series will begin Tuesday, October 20, 2020 with Game 1, and it could run through a possible Game 7 on Oct. 28. All games will be played at a neutral site—Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.

The Tampa Bay Rays advanced to the World Series by holding off the Astros in seven games. The Rays won the first three games, and then the Astros won the next three, becoming only the second team in history to even a series after losing the first three (2004 Boston Red Sox). Tampa Bay won the deciding game, 4-2.

The Astros were looking for a third World Series appearance in four years. The Rays are playing in just their second World Series.
