Parent Company of Tinder and OkCupid Files IPO for $100 Million

Match Group, the parent company of online dating website OkCupid and mobile dating app Tinder, announced it will go public on Friday.
Led by J.P. Morgan, Allen & Company and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Match Group filed its initial public seeking $100 million.
Match Group will go on Nasdaq under the symbol MTCH. The company, which also owns other dating websites like PlentyofFish and Match, is a wholly owned subsidiary of InterActive Corps, or IAC.
