“The Office” is now streaming exclusively on Peacock TV. PEACOCK

First there was Netflix and Hulu, and now just about every TV channel has their own streaming subscription service. (Even Bill Gates launched his own, Likewise TV.) There's Disney+, Discovery+, Paramount+, and most importantly for all you fans of The Office, since July 2020, there's Peacock TV.

The premier streaming destination for all NBC shows current and past, Peacock TV is where you'll find everything from Modern Family and Peacock originals like Rutherford Falls to hit movies like Despicable Me and Shrek.

Thinking of subscribing? Here are seven things you need to know about Peacock TV before signing up—how much it costs, which TV shows it has, which originals it has, what devices it's available on, which free channels it has, if there's a free trial and if you can watch WWE.

How much does Peacock TV cost?

Peacock TV is actually free! Well, at least a version of it is free. If you want to unlock everything—like, all the NBC content ever made (except for Friends)—you'll have to sign up for Peacock Premium, which starts at $4.99 per month.

There are approximately 910 movies and 345 TV shows to choose from on Peacock Premium. PEACOCK

However, it's worth noting that the $4.99 per month subscription of Peacock Premium still means you'll have to sift through ads. If you want to nix the ads entirely, consider Peacock Premium Plus, a $9.99 per month subscription that allows you to watch your favorite NBC shows without commercials.

But, hold the phone just a second. If either Cox or Xfinity is your provider, then you might be eligible for full Peacock Premium access at no additional cost. You can learn more about that option by choosing your provider at

  • Android TV
  • Apple TV
  • Cox
  • LG TV
  • Roku
  • Vizio
  • Xfinity

However, the Amazon Fire TV Stick is notably missing as a compatible device. Unfortunately, Peacock TV is not currently available on the Fire TV Stick yet.

Does Peacock TV have free channels?

Peacock TV is hoping to change the way we think about channels by offering "channels" that aren't livestreams of its networks but, rather, can better be described as feeds of ongoing, curated programming.

So, for example, there will be a clip-based channel that exclusively features top clips, segments, and interviews from The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, a channel called Fallen Tonight.

“Yellowstone,” "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," "Parks and Recreation," "Psych" and "Suits" are just a few of the TV show options on Peacock TV. PEACOCK

Then, there's the channel Today All Day, which features clips of Today interspersed with other original segments from the hosts, taped exclusively for Peacock.

Other channels will do something similar, curating feeds from Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Bob Ross, The Tonight Show, The Office and more.

Is there a Peacock TV free trial?

There is a free subscription version of Peacock TV, but there's a free trial, too. Both Peacock Premium and Peacock Premium Plus offer free seven-day trials before you have to commit fully to a plan.

Can I watch WWE on Peacock TV?

For fans of pro wrestling, this is perhaps the most exciting part of Peacock TV. You can in fact watch WWE events and shows on Peacock Premium.

Peacock plans to add WWE Network content to its library continuously, creating a total network archive that will include every WWE, WCW and ECW pay-per-view event—ever. Current seasons of WWE Originals will also be added. Peacock even streamed WrestleMania 37 exclusively in April.

And in the free tier of Peacock, you'll find a totally new WWE channel, select WWE Originals, and WWE-related reality shows, including Total Bellas, Total Divas, Miz & Mrs. and more. You'll also find new weekly episodes of select live shows—Raw Talk and The Bump—live and on-demand, as well.
