The largest-ever Winter Paralympics has begun in spectacular style in Pyeongchang, South Korea. The U.S. team was led into the stadium by flag bearer and adaptive snowboarder Mike Schultz.

Unlike the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympic Games last month, the North and South Korea teams decided not to march together under the same flag as they failed to agree on which version of the unified flag to use. The Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Paralympic Games run until March 18.
