'Pokémon Go' Sinnoh Throwback Event: Shiny Glameow, Start Time & More

It's the final leg in the Pokémon Go throwback events, and this time trainers will transport to the Sinnoh region for the next week.

The Sinnoh Throwback event will see more Pokémon from Gen 4 appear more frequently in the wild. Pokémon from the Sinnoh region will also hatch from 7km Eggs and Niantic has confirmed the following Pokémon will appear from these Eggs: Cranidos, Shieldon, Glameow, Chingling, Bonsly, Happiny, Gible, Munchlax, Riolu, and Mantyke.

As for this week's special Pikachu, the Electric-type Pokémon will appear in the wild wearing a Lucario hat. Lucario was the Pokémon voted most popular from the Sinnoh Region during this year's Pokémon Day event.

Raid Battles will be populated with Sinnoh region Pokémon and event-exclusive research will give trainers Sinnoh Pokémon rewards.
