On July 22, Prince George turns three. He is celebrating at his parent's residence in Norfolk with friends and family. Kensington Palace released four new photographs of the little prince to mark the occasion.

Matt Porteous, an award-winning photographer, from Jersey, the largest of the Channel Islands, took the snaps.

"I really enjoyed the opportunity to take these photographs of Prince George. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere," he said. "They would like to thank everyone for all the lovely messages they have received as Prince George celebrates his third birthday."

Prince George was born on July 22, 2013, at the private Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital in London, England.
