PS+ October 2018 Games List Leak: Possible PS4 Offerings Appear Online

Are Diablo 3 and Nioh included in October's line-up of free games with a PS+ subscription? If photos posted on reddit are to be believed, then get ready for a great month of PS+ perks. This information is a rumor right now, so don't get too excited until Sony makes an official announcement.

As seen in the photo above from reddit user Aecesaje, both Nioh and Diablo 3: Eternal Collection are seen with the small yellow banner at the bottom marking a PS+ free game. According to Aecesaje, when the games were clicked on, nothing appeared. Of course, the photo is a picture of a TV screen, meaning it would be easy enough to fake the image.

That said, PS+ games have leaked before in the past. We've seen leaks from PlayStation Poland, the American PlayStation Store, and other sources. It's very possible a switch was flipped too early and these games were accidentally released.

We'll have to wait for PlayStation to make an official announcement to know for sure if this leak is accurate. The announcement will also mention the free PS3 and PS Vita games included in the month's freebies. If recent months have showed any trends, expect to see a free PSVR game included with all the other games.

Interestingly, a different reddit user commented on the post by Aecesaje, stating he or she saw Dead Island: Definitive Edition listed as the free game instead. No photographs were shared to back up this statement, so we'll see what Sony has to say in a week or so.

So what do you think? Would you be excited to see Nioh and Diablo 3 as the free games offered for PS+ subscribers in October? What games would you like to see instead? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
