Puppies Dressed As Pandas Go Viral After Creator Says Trolls Reported Him

A video of some adorable white fluffy puppies dressed as pandas has gone viral online, despite the creator's content having been reported many times.

In the clip, shared to TikTok by a parody account called PC Penhale, which is based off of a character from the British TV series Doc Martin, we can see two dogs dressed in panda outfits walking towards the camera.

The video is set in an office, and the little dogs have a panda hood over their furry ears and their front legs are clothed in black material, with little fake arms hang under their necks.

One of these arms is holding green cloth, designed to look like a shoot of bamboo.

Text overlaying the clip reads: "My vids keep being reported by Karens & trolls. Let's see if you can find a fault with this one."

PC Penhale captioned the video, writing: "#dogs #cute #funny #puppies #fypシ #foryou #viral #tiktok."

The clip, which can be watched here, has gained lots of traction online since it was posted on September 5, having been viewed by a whopping 1.8 million people and surpassed 101,100 likes.

More than 3,100 comments have been left beneath the video, with many people wondering why the footage was reported.

One TikTok user, GFBaker575, wrote: "I love those costumes, way too cute."

Another person, Rebecca Partaik, added: "The problem is that pandas are an endangered species and shouldn't be running around your office! [laughing-face emoji]."

Cristina asked: "Why on earth would anyone report this [laughing-face] that's so adorable!!!!"

Johnmcfeb65 explained: "I have Jack Russells and they are cute and kinda crazy but these little dogs are absolutely beautiful how can anyone complain 100% adorable."

User9265918803382 stated: "Karen: Omg you have no muzzle on your dog, and its in the wrong place! Omg."

Debra explained: "Beautiful... I found a fault... not enough of it."

Jonallday commented: "I've never wanted to borrow someone's dog as much as I do right now."

Julz typed: "Lol so cute. Maybe they are reporting it for too much cuteness."

Although many obviously consider the pets dressed as pandas to be wholly harmless, pet insurance provider Petplan reveals that there are potential problems with putting animals in outfits.

One such issue pertains to movement because, as the website explains: "Putting clothes on pets can be quite restrictive, getting in the way of everyday activities like walking, going to the toilet or grooming themselves.

"They might make your pet itchy while resting, and you should be mindful that sometimes putting animals in clothing can cause skin damage, as the added materials tend to irritate their skin."

Petplan also added that the clothing could cause undue stress as well as impact their ability to regulate their own temperature, stating: "This is particularly concerning for breeds that struggle in hot conditions and overheat easily."

Therefore it is a good idea to take all these factors into account, but the pet insurance providers explain: "If your pet is unhappy wearing a costume they will let you know."
