A puppy and a kitten's first introduction has gone viral as viewers laughed over the difference in attitude between the two animals.
TikTok user @finn.and.luno only set up her TikTok page in late September, but already has thousands of followers loving her tiny black rescue kitten. The page shows the kitten being adopted from the shelter, settling into his new home, taking plenty of cozy naps, and play-fighting with his owner's hands.
But one video in particular has proven incredibly popular, as it showed the kitten's introduction to another baby animal—an all-black puppy, who appeared far more excited to meet him than the kitten was.

In a video posted on October 5, the young black pup struggles in a man's arms, making excitable noises, as he appears to switch between trying to get closer to the kitten and backing away, his tail wagging hard. The camera then switches from the chaos of the puppy, to the kitten—who is sitting in a relaxed position, blinking slowly, and staring almost disdainfully at the wriggling puppy.
As the puppy lets out another barrage of whimpers, the kitten then looks directly at the camera, as if wondering casually what's going on.
TikTok users were in stitches, with one commenter summing it up: "Kitten not beating the nonchalant allegations."
Another joked the kitten was asking, "What's his problem?," while a third wrote he was thinking: "Can someone get him outta here?"
One commenter described the kitten as being at "nonchalance level 10000+," as another posted that he was "not impressed. So unbothered."
And a third commented on how casually the kitten was sitting, with all four paws spread out before him, writing with a series of laughing emoji: "That posture is nuts."

While cats and dogs are sometimes represented as natural rivals, it is possible for them to get along, and even become friendly toward one another.
First impressions are vital when introducing a dog and cat for the first time, and it is more likely they will get along if they are both at a young age. When making introductions, owners should give the feline an easy escape route if they are feeling uncomfortable, and never allow the pup to give chase.
Allowing them to get used to each other's scents via bedding or other items, before doing a face-to-face introduction, will also help them become familiarized, according to a report from pet food manufacturers Purina.
