The Real Housewives of New Jersey is set to return with Season 9. Bravo released the first trailer of the new season on Thursday.
Bravo didn't announce a release date for the upcoming season. The cable network's New Zealand affiliate released the trailer first.
From the look of it, the women are still up to the same old shenanigans—arguing, fighting, yelling insults and spreading rumors about each other's husbands. The usual. Not all the interaction was aggressive though and there were a few glimpses of the cast playing nicely with each other in Cabo and Turkey, as well as moments of them enjoying time with their families.

Danielle Staub is back, again
The RHONJ original cast member returns again in a full-time capacity. Danielle initially left the show following her table-flipping days during Season 2, then she made the first of her most significant return appearances during Season 8. Of course, Danielle will be stirring the pot just as she did back in the day and will continue to bump heads with Delores Catania, who is also back for another season.
Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice are still at odds
The sisters-in-law are, once again, struggling with their relationship. It appears that the topic of their husbands is causing the most friction between them, as the trailer opens with Melissa's voice claiming, "No one tells me how to speak to my husband. Not my sister-in-law, no one." Later in the trailer, the women are seen arguing over Teresa's inability to "control" her husband and Melissa inability to "control" hers. Tension only escalates when Melissa's friend questions if Teresa's husband, Joe Giudice, who's currently behind bars on charges of bankruptcy fraud, would be in jail if she were actually able to control what he did. It's towards the end of the trailer when Melissa cries to Teresa over what could be the real root of their problems. "I really don't know if you're ever really gonna love me like your real sister," Melissa says holding back tears.
Glass will break
Perhaps there won't be any incidents as catastrophic as when Danielle flipped over a table in anger at Teresa back on Season 1, but some of the cast fights will at least lead to a few broken glasses. The cast attacks are at an all-time high. In addition to Teresa and Melissa's spats, Melissa and Danielle have outbursts in the trailer as well as Danielle and Delores. Even Margaret Josephs, whose back for her second season, gets in on the combative action.
