A 3-year-old girl left her dad completely "done for" after sharing why she wants to watch him work out.
Vince Biegel, a former NFL player, asked his daughter, "Why do you want to see my workout?" Quietly and timidly, her daughter said, "I want to see the boys."
When the pair start watching one of Vince’s workouts on the laptop, his daughter had a cheeky grin on her face. "Seriously?!" Vince said. Vince closes his eyes, stunned, before looking straight at the camera and mouthing to his wife, Sarah, who filmed the moment: "I’m done for."

"I honestly started laughing because what 3-year-old says something like that?" Sarah, 31, told Newsweek. "She comes to the gym with me, but you'd never think her mind would go there at her age."

...
Vince, 32, who now trains at a local gym after his time as a Baltimore Ravens Linebacker, was equally caught off guard. "His jaw dropped to the floor," Sarah said. "It was almost like he was stunned into silence and disbelief because he, too, never expected that to come out of her mouth."
After the laughter died down, Vince’s mock-serious reaction—“I’m done for"—perfectly summed up every dad’s future dread.
Sarah said, "He meant that he’ll have to be so mindful entering the teen years when she starts dating—if he will allow that! Good luck to whoever asks for her hand in marriage."
Sarah posted the clip on Instagram (@sarahmbiegel), which has since gone viral, amassing over 3.6 million views. The reel delighted other users in the comments.
"Omg her cheeks blushing watching," one user posted.
"My 5 year old son is obsessed with the Beyoncé Levi commercial but he can’t figure out why," another commented.
"Dad shutting his eyes cuz he can feel what’s hell like," a third user joked.
"It doesn't get better. My baby was like this at 2 … she is 11 now and now telling me about the 2 cute boys in her class," a fourth wrote.
"I love social media because it truly brings people together," Sarah said. "This video brought people a good laugh while they've shared countless stories of their daughter, cousin [or] niece, expressing similar sentiments over ‘boys who work out’."
