The CEO of the company that operates United Airlines, Oscar Munoz, suffered a heart attack and is being treated at a Chicago hospital, according to a report by Dow Jones.

Munoz became CEO of United Continental Holdings Inc. on September 8, after Jeff Smisek resigned amid a bribery scandal. Munoz previously served as CSX Corp.'s chief operating officer.

The airline has yet to comment on the report. CNBC notes its stock fell slightly after news broke of Munoz's hospitalization.
