Walmart shoppers are in for a treat as Pringles launches a trifecta of "Rick and Morty" limited-edition flavors inspired by the Adult Swim show.
In addition to the "Pickle Rick" crisps that were launched around the SuperBowl in February, Pringles is also launching two new flavors "Honey Mustard Morty" and "Look at Me! I'm Cheddar and Sour Cream". According to Pringles, the names are rooted in the "show's cosmic absurdity."
Running since 2013, "Rick and Morty" is an animated series on Adult Swim. The program features Rick, a genius alcoholic and careless scientist, with his grandson Morty, a 14-year-old anxious boy who is not so smart, according to IMDB.
Adult Swim, launched in 2001, is a WarnerMedia network offering original and acquired animated and live-action series for young adults. It airs nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. ET/PT and is seen in 94 million U.S. homes, according to the company.
The flavors support the Pringles craze of "Flavor Stacking" where food lovers mix and match flavors of different crisps and stack them on top of each other. "To add a little "Rick and Morty" flair to any stack, all fans need to do is combine with their favorite Pringles flavor, stack them and take a bite," the company told Newsweek. "If you're bold enough, pair all three flavors for the ultimate "Rick and Morty" sandwich stack."
The three flavors are:
- Pickle Rick—Paying homage to the classic episode "Pickle Rick" in which the eccentric scientist Rick Sanchez turns himself into a pickle to avoid family therapy. This flavor is a relaunch of the special edition flavor released in February 2020
- Honey Mustard Morty—The sweet flavor profile perfectly embodies Morty Smith's well-mannered and blissfully ignorant nature, while the slight hint of tanginess reflects the risky adventures he's unwillingly roped into by his Grandpa Rick.
- Look at Me! I'm Cheddar & Sour Cream—Mr. Meeseeks tall, powder-blue figure is naturally emulated in this narrow can of Pringles crisps. Since existence is pain for a Meeseeks, you better eat these crisps fast

The limited-edition Pringles Pickle Rick, Honey Mustard Morty and Look at Me! I'm Cheddar & Sour Cream crisps are available at Walmart and on Walmart.com starting in September, while supplies last.
