On the RuPaul's Drag Race Season 11, episode 8 sneak peek, Yvie Oddly claims the tension is so thick amongst the cast, even a knife couldn't cut through it. The Colorado contestant suggests maybe a chainsaw would do the trick, but her castmates would be more likely to use it against her instead.
The heat is coming at all angles towards Yvie on the upcoming episode, airing Thursday, as the animosity between the castmates continues to build.
First, there's the drama between Yvie and Silky Nutmeg Granache, who she deemed "talentless" in last week's episode..
"I really don't trust Yvie in this competition, because I feel that she views me as a threat," Silky said to greenroom cameras in the episode 8 sneak peek. She later directly addressed Yvie in a confessional video, saying, "When you called me talentless, I wanted to square up with yo a**."
Then Yvie will have to deal with Vanessa Vanjie Mateo's aggression. Miss Vanjie is obviously still fuming from Yvie's unsolicited critiques of her runway look and performance in the last round of challenges. In the episode 8 clip, Vanjie lets Yvie have it and notes she won't be playing so nicely with her castmate going forward.
"Before I was trying to be at least cordial. Like I was cool with Yvie, but now I know we just need to just let it go," Vanjie said.
An agitated Yvie responded, "Don't worry girl, I won't be giving you any more un-asked for advice. I'll just let you be in the bottom if you go that way."
From there an insult-filled screaming match ensues with Vanjie calling Yvie every name in the book. "She feels like I'm fake because I was kind to her one minute and then honest with her the next. I didn't come here to lie and sneak around corners and I don't care how incendiary that is," Yvie said to greenroom cameras.
The drama is only expected to continue when the cast is forced to face off in the main challenge of the week, the long-awaited return of the Drag Race favorite, Snatch Game. However, the game will come with a twist this time around, and show host and judge RuPaul Charles reveals some new updates to the rules this season.
"It's that time of year. And I sure hope your charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent floats, because this season we're playing the Snatch Game at Sea," RuPaul announced.
RuPaul's Drag Race airs on VH1 on Thursday's at 9 p.m. ET.
