College data and review site Niche has analyzed data and student reviews to look at which campuses are the safest.

Natalie Tsay from the site tells Newsweek: "Year after year we see that campus safety is a huge priority for prospective students—and, perhaps even more so, their parents.

"Our Safest College Campuses ranking is intended to highlight colleges with little to no campus crime, drugs, or alcohol usage.

"We consider factors like crime incidents on campus and in the local area, student survey responses, and rates for violence and arrests."
