Shirtless Florida Man Threatens People in Marshalls Before Cops Arrest Him in Viral TikTok

A shirtless man was arrested in Homestead, Florida, after threatening people inside a Marshalls. In a viral video of the altercation, the man berated customers about the constitution, called someone a homophobic slur, and yelled that he would "beat the f**k" out of someone inside the store.

A video of the scene, taken by @Destinyathand on TikTok, received more than 302,000 views and 1,400 comments since it was posted Monday.

In the video, a man without a shirt or mask could be heard at the front of the store yelling at various people inside.

"Get the f*ck out of the store if you don't believe in the Constitution," the man shouted before yelling a homophobic slur at the man. "I'll beat the f*ck out of you."

In another part of the video, a quick-thinking employee wearing a yellow top helps guide people out of the store as the man continues to yell inside.

Customers then began running out of the front door and someone said the man was "reaching into his bag" and that they should walk away from the store.

Eventually, the cops showed up and were led into the store by an employee. The video then cuts to the shirtless man being led out of the store in handcuffs.

"F**k you!" he yelled as police walked him toward the police vehicle. "I wanna be free you f**king pieces of sh*t."

As an officer opened the door to have the man enter, he continued yelling at people in the parking lot.

"The f**king system is corrupt," the man yelled as the female cop told him to get inside the vehicle.

In the comments, some users joked about the man's state of mind while others praised the Marshalls employee for ensuring that all customers were out of the store safely.

"He went from shouting about the constitution to shouting about how the system is corrupt??" one user wrote. "Pick a side sir."

"Shoutout to the staffer in yellow that made sure people got out safe," another user commented.

"It's always Florida," one commenter joked.

"Uhh sir you were free before you lost your marbles," a user pointed out.

In the comments, the TikToker explained that the shirtless man just walked into the store and immediately started "smashing everything" and walking up close to groups of people without wearing his mask.

In Virginia, a man went viral after footage of him threatening and berating employees at a Walmart was posted to TikTok.

During the altercation, which occurred in November, a man stood in front of the glass doors at the Walmart and began yelling directly at the camera.

The video, which has since been taken down, was posted by user @mochi_fiend and racked up more than 5.5 million views and 15,000 comments.

"Look at you guys with your little f*cking phones," the angry customer said through the glass sliding door. He then began pacing in front of the door and yelled for the employees to, "give me my product!"

The TikToker claimed that the customer was angry because he was unable to pick up a laptop that he ordered for delivery.

The man was not arrested and no charges were pressed against him, however he was banned from the store according to a follow up video from the TikToker.
