'Silver or Blue?': Kim Kardashian's Jacket Sparks Debate in New Post

Kim Kardashian is sparking a discussion online with her new fashionable jacket that she posted on social media on Thursday.

The reality TV star and businesswoman is the 8th most followed person on the social media platform Instagram, with 291 million fans. In a new post uploaded recently—which now already has over 2.3 million likes—Kardashian sits barefoot in her closet behind many dark clothes and trendy wintery-like puffer jackets. In a series of three photos, her caption reads, "Is it blue or silver?" as her holographic jacket changed from blue to silver when using the flash on the camera.

With her open ended caption, this lead many of her followers to respond,

One follower mixed the two colors together, "i think it's Silblue."

"Bilver," said another.

"Silver looks perfect on you," one wrote.

"Blue for sure," a fan commented.

"BLUEtiful," a follower noted a fun pun.

"I need this coat," one said, admiring Kardashian's style choice.

"Love both but the blue is fire," said another follower.

A fan noticed that she was wearing the jacket designed by Ding Yun Zhang while on a date with her boyfriend adding, "It's blue...!! You were ROCKIN this in NYC with Pete."

One person brought up the dress that sent the internet into a frenzy in 2015 with debates over whether it was blue and black or white and gold. "Is this another white or gold dress situation?" they asked.

Kardashian has been in the eyes of the media more than usual as she recently announced she's "legally single" in the eyes of the court, officially divorced from rapper Kanye "Ye" West. Kardashian, however, has moved on from her past relationships and onto a new one with SNL alum Pete Davidson. The two have been seen out and about on occasion for a casual date night — apparently in this very jacket.

For the first time, Kardashian talked about her blooming relationship with the comedian. When asked if Davidson would make an appearance in her new original TV show with her sisters and mother, The Kardashians.

"I have not filmed with him," she told Variety, "And I'm not opposed to it. It's just not what he does." She did, however, admit that she does discuss how the relationship began and all the details that people want to hear. "I'm definitely open to talking, and I definitely explain it."

The Kardashians is set to air on Hulu on April 14th.
