Cesc Fàbregas could be heading for the exit door at Chelsea in January as Antonio Conte looks to offload the out-of-favor Spaniard.

So far this Premier League season, Fàbregas, 29, has only been used as a substitute by the new manager at Stamford Bridge, and he doesn't appear to feature in his plans.

According to the Daily Express, Italian giants AC Milan and Juventus are keen on taking the former Barcelona and Arsenal midfielder when the transfer window reopens in January.

Fàbregas has had a turbulent time in west London after winning the Premier League in his first season with Chelsea, but saw the club fall to 10th the following season.

Under Conte, Fàbregas has made just one start, in a 3-2 victory over Bristol Rovers in the Capital One Cup.

He has been influential as a substitute in the league, however, coming off the bench to help Chelsea come from behind to beat Watford in August.
