Front Office Sports said on Saturday that the decision was on hold and that the Dream are still awaiting the league’s decision.
State Farm Arena is owned by Atlanta and controlled by the NBA’s Hawks, who are scheduled to play on Thursday, the same day and at nearly the same time as Game 6. Atlanta sold out both Finals games in the 17,000 seat arena along with reaching a five-year deal to play regular season games at State Farm next season.
