The Indiana Fever will reportedly continue their massive front-office overhaul by parting ways with another top executive.
On Friday morning, the Fever announced that president Kelly Krauskopf was stepping down. According to The Athletic's Annie Costabile, the Fever are also firing general manager Amber Cox.

Fox added experienced veterans to a young club, acquiring Sophie Cunningham, Natasha Howard, and DeWanna Bonner for the 2025 season. Indiana improved modestly, going 24-20 and advancing to the postseason's second round despite injuries limiting Clark to just 13 games.
The Fever continued their gradual climb by going 28-16 with a league-leading 96.0 points per game this season. However, the Las Vegas Aces quickly dashed their championship aspirations with a first-round playoff exit.

The disappointing elimination followed a relatively quiet offseason for the Fever. Free-agent signings Monique Billings, Tyasha Harris, and Myisha Hines-Allen all finished the year in reduced bench roles.
Indiana will seek new leadership to build a title contender around Clark and Aliyah Boston. Cox's replacement will face a crucial early test, as All-Star guard Kelsey Mitchell enters free agency after finishing third in the 2026 MVP voting with a career-high 24.7 points per game.
The Fever aren't planning to accompany these moves with a head-coaching change. Costabile reported that Stephanie White is expected to return for her third season.
