The Lakers superstar finished with 23 points, six rebounds and seven assists but struggled with turnovers, committing 11 while shooting 8 of 21 from the floor. Despite those difficulties, Doncic continued creating opportunities for his teammates as Los Angeles found success through its balanced offensive attack.
Kessler delivered another impressive performance, finishing with 22 points, eight rebounds and six blocks. The 7-foot-2 center shot 10-of-14 from the field, providing the Lakers with an efficient scoring option around the basket and a defensive presence in the paint.
His performance came just two days after a historic Lakers debut against the Golden State Warriors, when he scored 26 points without missing a field goal.
Through their first two games together, Doncic, Reaves and Kessler have combined for 150 points, giving Los Angeles an encouraging look at its offensive potential.
Friday's matchup was tightly contested throughout the first half, with the teams entering halftime tied at 64.
However, the Lakers took control in the third quarter, outscoring the Clippers 39-26 to establish a double-digit advantage heading into the final period.
Los Angeles finished the game shooting 58% from the field while recording 29 assists.
Darius Garland led the Clippers with 26 points, while Brook Lopez added 22 off the bench.
Although the Lakers still have areas to improve, particularly with turnovers, their early-season success has demonstrated the value of their new offensive balance.
Reaves has emerged as a reliable scoring threat alongside Doncic, while Kessler's production gives Los Angeles an interior presence capable of making an impact on both ends of the floor.

With LeBron James now playing in Philadelphia, the Lakers are entering a new era built around Doncic and their revamped supporting cast.
And after two convincing victories, the combination of Doncic, Reaves and Kessler is already giving Los Angeles plenty of reasons for optimism.
