An Arizona Wildcats wide receiver was carted off the field in the game against Texas Tech due to an apparent knee injury he suffered late in the third quarter.
R.J. Mosley took a big hit after catching a pass and immediately grabbed his knee. The training staff quickly attended to Mosley before he was carted off the field. As Mosley exited, his teammates huddled around him to show their support.
The catch Mosley made before the injury was his first reception of the game. ESPN did not show a replay of the injury, and sideline reporter Taylor McGregor reported that Mosley was undergoing X-rays on his lower body to determine the severity of the injury, according to USA Today.
