Kirk Herbstreit has revealed his sleeper pick to win this year's college football national championship.
On ESPN's "College GameDay," the panel was asked who their top championship contender and championship sleeper is right now. Herbstreit picked Georgia as his championship contender and Ole Miss as his sleeper.
"Ole Miss has won 15 in a row at home," Herbstreit said. "Four of their last five are at home. They have some tough opponents, but they still have Trinidad Chambliss. Tough loss last week in Austin. I still think they have a team that can get to the championship and get into the postseason."

Ole Miss reached the College Football Playoff semifinal game and lost to Miami in a close battle. The Rebels are currently 5-2, and their remaining games are against Auburn, Georgia, Oklahoma, Wofford, and Mississippi State.
Can Ole Miss Make a Run and Win It All?
As Herbstreit mentioned, Chambliss will be key to the Ole Miss' success for the rest of the season. Through seven games, Chambliss has completed 63.7% of his pass attempts for 1,926 yards, 16 touchdowns, and seven interceptions. Chambliss has also rushed for 134 yards and six touchdowns.
One former Ole Miss player is not on the same page as Herbstreit. Bradley Sowell, who played eight seasons in the NFL, believes the Rebels could lose one or two more games before the regular season ends.
“We’re probably an 8-4, 9-3 team,” he said on the "Talk of Champions" podcast. “That’s the reality. That’s what it looks like. “Even if we won the next two games, I don’t trust us to go on the road at Oklahoma. Even after beating a big Georgia, I can see us getting skunked at Oklahoma.”
