With the NFL trade deadline quickly approaching on Tuesday, Nov. 10, plenty of players are involved in trade rumors.

Coincidentally, the trade deadline talks coincide with spooky season as Halloween is on Saturday.

This combination of events created the perfect moment for longtime Arizona Cardinals safety Budda Baker. On Friday, Baker spoke to the media while wearing a scary mask. The mask included sharp teeth, white eyes and black lipstick. Reporters couldn't even see his face, yet the conversations remained professional.

Baker was asked about the trade rumors, to which he responded normally despite his unusual appearance.

"I live in the present, like today having a great time with you guys," Baker said in a muffled tone through the mask. "Going to have a great Friday practice. Just focus on playing against the Dallas Cowboys and trying to get a W at their stadium."

This is one of the funniest moments seen in the NFL recently. How can you not laugh while watching this?

In all seriousness, though, Baker could still be traded before the deadline. The safety confirmed on Wednesday that he hasn't requested a trade out of Arizona, but he also hasn't said he doesn't want to be traded.

"My approach is I'm here," Baker said, via ESPN. "I'm here. I want to win. I want to be here. And I'm just controlling what I can control, just taking it one week at a time, and hopefully when the deadline ends, I'll still be here. If not, I mean, it's a business. I understand at the end of the day and that's it."

The safety does have a contract through the 2027 season, but he is in his 10th season with the Cardinals. Although he's been a key part of the Cardinals' defense for a decade, that never means he's safe from being traded.
