The Washington Commanders welcome back Jayden Daniels from a knee injury, which will give an obvious lift to their offense. Still, they'll be shorthanded at receiver with Terry McLaurin still out. Washington will lean heavily on its strong rushing attack, they're second in the league in rushing yards per game, and try to control tempo on the ground. If Daniels can stay upright and make smart throws, the run game could open up manageable passing opportunities.
The Los Angeles Chargers enter this one as the slight favorite, riding an efficient offense led by Justin Herbert. Their defense, though banged up, remains one of the best in the NFL. With Washington's pass defense being subpar, Herbert should find room to work, especially if the Chargers' offensive line can mitigate pressure. Ultimately, the Chargers are expected to leverage their balance and depth to pull away in a gritty, competitive game.
This is a great NFL football matchup that you will not want to miss; make sure to tune in and catch all the action.
