John Harbaugh is wasting no time in New York to build what could be one of the most exciting, young offenses in the NFL next year.
Behind Jaxson Dart, they have a true top wide receiver in Malik Nabers and a running back they believe can carry the load in Cam Skattebo. But every great team generally has a great tight end to go along with it, and Harbaugh made sure to get his on Monday.
He just had to look back to prepare for the future.

The Giants and former Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely agreed to a three-year, $40M contract, which will make him the third-highest paid player at his position in football.
Harbaugh has known Likely his entire NFL career, drafting him in the fourth round in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Coastal Carolina. Although he hasn't had his breakout season with the Ravens, his former head coach believes in Likely and thinks he is the missing piece that could take the Giants' offense to the next level.
While the price might seem high, around the league, players are entering the top five, or even higher, in their positional value during this free agency.
For Harbaugh, it is the first real test that the fans will judge him by. If his former Ravens tight end can fit like a glove on the Giants and provide Dart a comfortable safety blanket he can throw to consistently, no one will bat an eye at the price.
But if Likely never lives up to his ceiling and doesn't develop into one of the league's best tight ends over the next few years, Harbaugh will feel at least some heat from the fans in New York.
