Despite going unsigned in 2025, Odell Beckham Jr. refuses to give up on his NFL career. The former Super Bowl champion has been vocal about his desire to get back on the gridiron, and he might finally be healthy after years of dealing with multiple ailments.

According to ESPN insider Jordan Raanan, OBJ met with his former head coach, John Harbaugh, and the New York Giants at the annual league meetings in Arizona.

Harbaugh had already left the door open for a reunion with Beckham, who played for his Baltimore Ravens in 2023. No deal is imminent, but Giants general manager Joe Schoen admittedly wants to see him work out:

"Typically, if it's not one of these higher-paid guys, coming off a season where -- we're not going to work out [newly signed tight end] Isaiah Likely or somebody -- but somebody that hasn't played, in this instance you're talking about Odell hasn't played in a year, you'd certainly want to see him work out," Schoen said.

The Giants lost star wide receiver Malik Nabers early last season. He's expected to be back to full strength for the start of the campaign, but with Wan'Dale Robinson leaving for the Tennessee Titans in free agency, they could use another bona fide pass catcher.

Of course, expecting Beckham to be the same game-wrecking wideout he was in his prime is just wishful thinking. He hasn't reached 1,000 yards since 2019, and given his recent injury history, there will always be major concerns about his health.

That said, he was a fan favorite in the Big Apple before his sour departure to the Cleveland Browns. Heading back to the Giants on a one-year, "prove it" deal might be just what he needs to either revive his career or ride into the sunset on his own terms.
