With five teams in the AFC sitting at five wins on the season, it is truly anyone's guess who will ultimately end the season as the conferences No. 1 seed heading into the postseason. But interestingly, Green Bay Packers star edge rusher Micah Parsons believes that the top seed in the conference will ultimately be a team that isn't even leading their own division at the moment.

Week 7 was a shining moment for the Cincinnati Bengals, dominating their division rivals, the Baltimore Ravens in a 35-13 victory.

While the Cincinnati Bengals sit at just 4-2 on the season after dropping games to the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Jacksonville Jaguars in consecutive weeks in Weeks 3 and 4, Micah Parsons seems to believe that the Bengals are set to go on a major run.

On the most recent episode of his podcast with Bleacher Report, "The Edge with Micah Parsons", the All-Pro defensive end explained why he believes that the Bengals will ultimately be the AFC team getting a first-round Bye this postseason.

"I'm gonna say Bengals," said Parsons. "They have pretty much been the most consistent. They have so many answers. Tee (Higgins) is playing crazy this year. If he stays healthy and he is playing like that with Ja'Marr (Chase)... Tee Higgins has been low-key going over 100 yards a couple games. You are going to have to start respecting that. Yeah, Ja'Marr's numbers may not be as high because Tee has been snapping. They have been shifting to Ja'Marr and allowing Tee to go off. That's great for the Bengals. What people are not talking about is this Bengals defense is playing great. It's not the same Bengals."

The stats do certainly back up Parsons' claim that the Bengals are arguably one of the most balanced teams in all of football.

The Bengals are notably one of just three NFL teams, the others being the Jacksonville Jaguars and the San Francisco 49ers, that currently rank in the top ten in points forced offensively and fewest points allowed defense.

Only time will tell whether Parsons' prediction of the Bengals being in the No. 1 seed ultimately plays out as he expects. But if Joe Burrow continues to play at the level he has this season, it will be hard for many teams in the AFC to keep pace with Cincinnati.

Of all quarterbacks of have started all of their team's games this season, Burrow holds the highest completion percentage at 71.7 percent, while also ranking second in passing touchdowns thrown on the year at 15 on the year.

Burrow and the Bengals will look to keep their two-game winning streak alive when they host the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
