A photo of former WWE star Hardcore Holly is making the rounds on social media, and fans cannot believe what they are seeing.
Holly's wife, Linda Howard, originally posted the image in June 2025, but it has recently gone viral after being widely reshared across multiple platforms. The photo shows the 63-year-old in striking physical condition, prompting widespread praise and disbelief from fans who remembered him from his WWE run in the 1990s and 2000s.
According to Howard, the physique is the result of a disciplined daily routine. Holly works out for two hours every day and follows the carnivore diet, a regimen consisting exclusively of animal products, including meat, eggs, and some dairy, while eliminating all carbohydrates entirely.

Howard also used her social media presence to warn fans about a fraudulent account. She confirmed that a "Bob Holly" account on X is not run by her husband, noting that the account was hacked and taken over by an impersonator. She added that the same account had previously impersonated the late Sid Vicious before switching to Holly's identity.
Holly, whose real name is Robert Howard, was released by WWE in 2009 after a 15-year run with the company. He made his professional wrestling debut in 1988 and joined WWE full-time in 1994, initially portraying a NASCAR driver character named Thurman "Sparky" Plugg before transitioning into the Hardcore Holly persona that would define his career.

He won the WWF Hardcore Championship six times and held the WWF and WWE World Tag Team Championships on three occasions, with partners including The 1-2-3 Kid, Crash Holly, and Cody Rhodes. He and Bart Gunn also won the NWA World Tag Team Championship as a revival of The Midnight Express called Bombastic Bob and Bodacious Bart.
One of the more significant moments of his career came in 2002 when he suffered a broken neck during a match with Brock Lesnar, sidelining him for over a year. He returned to feud with Lesnar over the WWE Championship before spending his final years in the company alongside Rhodes. Holly published his autobiography, The Hardcore Truth: The Bob Holly Story, in 2013.
