Chelsea Green has officially joined the injured list on the "Road to WrestleMania 42." She suffered a legitimate foot injury that has forced her to withdraw from competition. The "Hot Mess" was pulled from a scheduled AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship defense on Saturday’s "AAA on Fox" broadcast, leading to a title change.

Originally, Green was scheduled to defend the titles alongside her partner, Ethan Page, against the team of Lola Vice and Mr. Iguana. However, appearing on the broadcast via FaceTime, a distraught Green alerted Page that she would not be able to make the trip. She showcased her foot in a walking boot to confirm the news, leaving her partner in a precarious position.

The SmackDown Incident

The injury stems from this past Friday’s episode of "WWE SmackDown." Green competed in a high-stakes Triple Threat Elimination Chamber qualifying match against Tiffany Stratton and Lash Legend. While Stratton ultimately emerged victorious to punch her ticket to the chamber, Green paid a heavy physical price.

Commentator Corey Graves revealed on the broadcast that the injury was sustained during the bout. Green later took to social media to describe the incident in her typically dramatic fashion, claiming she survived a "near fatal fall" during the contest. While no official medical timeline has been released, the walking boot suggests she may be sidelined for the immediate future.

New Champions Crowned

With Green unable to compete, AAA officials decided to proceed with the title match. Green was replaced by the 28-year-old luchadora La Hiedra, who teamed up with Page to face Vice and Mr. Iguana. Unfortunately, the makeshift tag team could not retain the gold.

In the end, NXT superstar Lola Vice pinned La Hiedra to win the match, crowning herself and Mr. Iguana as the new AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions. The loss ends Green and Page's reign, which had been a crossover highlight between WWE and the Mexican promotion.

The Social Media Tirade

Moments after Page and La Hiedra lost the titles, Green uploaded an image of her injury to social media, launching a tirade against the promotion for allowing the match to proceed without her.

“The AUDACITY of [Lucha Libre AAA] to throw [Ethan Page] into a match like that after I almost ended my career on Smackdown last night from a near fatal fall,” Green wrote. “Ethan, we need to talk!!!”

The severity of Green’s injury remains a question mark as WWE heads toward the "Elimination Chamber" event. With Tiffany Stratton advancing to the chamber match, the women's division is heating up, but Green's status for any involvement in "WrestleMania" season is now in serious doubt. Fans will have to wait for an official medical update to see if the former champion can recover in time for Las Vegas.
