It's been a rough few days for Sprint customers as service issues plagued Texas, Louisiana and Chicago residents early this week. Though these issues have been resolved, a new set of problems have cropped up that appear to be affecting customers with new Apple devices, like the iPhone X, XS, XR and Max.

While Sprint hasn't given any specific details about the problems the network is experiencing, users across the United States have reported issues with their LTE service, voicemail, internet and extended network services. How to Fix iPhone Sprint Cellular Issues
Sprint has said via its social media accounts that the company is aware of the issues and working to resolve them. Support specialists have advised users of new iPhones, such as the iPhone X, XS, XR or iPhone Max, to complete the following troubleshooting steps, which includes restarting your device. If you aren't sure how to do this, we've provided instructions below:
A user on Down Detector has suggested the Sprint issue may be related to the latest iOS 12.1.3 update. The steps for fixing the issue are:
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Cellular and then Cellular Data
- Tap on Options and select Enable Voice and Data
- Restart iPhone.
How to Restart iPhone X, XR, XS and Max
- Press and hold the Side button and either volume button until the slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
- After your device turns off, press and hold the Side button again until you see the Apple logo.
