Stormy Daniels Performed Burlesque Show Less Than 5 Miles From Trump's Mar-a-Lago Winter White House

Stormy Daniels, who claims to have slept with a married President Donald Trump long before he successfully ran for the nation's highest office, performed in a Florida burlesque show over the weekend—less than 5 miles away from the president's famed "Winter White House," Mar-a-Lago.

Daniels, real name Stephanie Clifford, appeared at Ultra Gentleman's Club in West Palm Beach, just a 10-minute drive from Trump's estate and nestled right next door to Trump International Golf Club, The Palm Beach Post reported Sunday.

For Daniels, it was one of the many stops along her "Make America Horny Again" tour, an obvious reference to the president's campaign mantra. She took the stage around 11:20 p.m., according to the Post, and was dressed like the superhero Wonder Woman.

Daniels was booked for the show in January, when reports about the $130,000 Daniels allegedly received from Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, began circulating. The club's manager, Stacy Saccal, said she was skeptical that Daniels's fame would last this long.

"I cannot believe how it happened," Stacy Saccal told the Post. "I am stunned it worked out the way it did. I was worried she wouldn't be relevant at this point."

Tickets to attend the event were on sale for as little as $25 and as much as $1,000, according to event and ticket site Eventbrite.

Alas, Trump did not attend the show, as he was out of town. He spent the weekend in Washington. However, the president is scheduled to fly down to Florida Monday morning and, after some events, spend the week at Mar-a-Lago.

Daniels will not be there when Trump finally arrives at his lavish estate. She was expected to appear in federal court at New York's Southern District, along with her attorney, Michael Avenatti, and Trump's personal attorney Cohen.

Cohen was the one who paid Daniels for her silence in October 2016—11 days prior to Election Day that year. The FBI reportedly raided his office and residence a week ago looking for information pertaining to the Daniels payment and the one given to a former Playboy Playmate, Karen McDougal, who claims she had a monthslong affair with Trump between 2006 and 2007.

Cohen is trying to stop federal authorities from rooting through the records and files they obtained in the raids until they can be independently vetted. Trump also has attorneys expected to be at the hearing, and they have argued Trump's attorney-client privilege with Cohen was important because of his status as the country's commander in chief.
