Kinzinger said the House minority leader had "resurrected" Donald Trump politically after first denouncing the former president in the aftermath of the Capitol riot.
The Republican congressman has frequently criticized former President Donald Trump and taken issue with those who remain loyal to him.
Some GOP lawmakers continue to push baseless conspiracy theories about the pro-Trump assault on the Capitol.
The former president praised Stefanik at a fundraiser at his golf club in New Jersey on Wednesday night.
"Matt and I have teamed up because we refuse to allow Liz Cheney or Adam Kinzinger or any Trump-hating Republican ... we won't allow the GOP to turn into their party," Greene said.
Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle are condemning the Republican Georgia congresswoman for comparing COVID-19 mask mandates to requirements put on Jewish people during the Holocaust.
"Such a leader," Kinzinger said sarcastically.
Although GOP leaders have opposed the commission, 35 House Republicans voted with Democrats to establish the commission last week.
"The American people deserve the truth," the Illinois Republican said.
"We need to be on the side of truth, we need to be on the side of substance," the Ohio congressman said.
"No matter what policy comes out, you're loyal to the guy," the Republican congressman said.
"Too many 'leaders' are acting like this is ok," the Republican congressman tweeted, sharing a video of Lin Wood claiming Trump is still president.
The California Democrat retweeted an image of his GOP colleague appearing to help barricade the House Chamber as Trump supporters attacked the Capitol on January 6.
"I was there on January 6. This was a real insurrection," Kinzinger said while some of his Republican colleagues argued otherwise.
"It seems some just want attention," the Illinois Republican tweeted.
Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger appeared to allude to a federal probe into sex trafficking allegations involving Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz.
"It's ludacris that [Liz Cheney is] having to defend herself. That's insane. But that's where we are," Kinzinger said.
"I told Kevin that his words and our party's actions would lead to violence on January 6th. Kevin dismissively responded with 'ok Adam, operator next question.' And we got violence," Kinzinger tweeted.
The congressman from Illinois compared the current state of the Republican Party to the sinking of the Titanic.
The Vermont senator said Cheney is being punished because she acknowledged "the reality that Trump lost the election."
"Did Kevin McCarthy and Steve Scalise talk to Officer Michael Fanone from DC metro about his experience on Jan 6th yet? It sure seems like they talked to Trump about it," the Illinois congressman tweeted.
"You are clueless about what Republican voters think and feel," Greene said while attacking anti-Trump GOP lawmaker Adam Kinzinger.
"Remember when Republicans lost the House in 2018 because a bunch of them distanced themselves from President Trump?" Greene wrote via Twitter.
The Illinois Republican said that Greene is "abusing" the fears and emotions of GOP voters to "steal their money."
The GOP lawmaker said pro-Trump Republicans "feel threatened" by Congresswoman Liz Cheney.
"This so-called America First Caucus is one of the nuttiest things I've ever seen," the former Republican House Speaker said.
All 10 of the House Republicans who voted to impeach Trump for his alleged role in the deadly January 6 Capitol riot have managed to out-fundraise their Trump-backed challengers.
The new "America First Caucus" promotes "Anglo-Saxon political traditions" and opposes immigration as a threat to America's unique cultural identity.
The GOP congressman said it's an "easy" choice not to support Trump if he becomes the Republican Party's 2024 nominee.
"I remember when my fellow Republicans would have condemned this stuff but, that was a whole 4 years ago," the Illinois Republican congressman wrote in a tweet Saturday night.
