A federal judge on Monday ruled Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf's executive actions to close or restrict non–life sustaining businesses during the coronavirus pandemic are unconstitutional.

"No other businesses are being shut down," the protest organizers wrote. "From owners to bartenders, waitresses, entertainers... we will all take the hit."
While some states are closing their bars again due to an increase in coronavirus cases, others continue to open and lift restrictions.
Bars in California, Texas, Florida and Arizona have been temporarily shut following a rise in new infections.
"We can't be under any illusion that this virus is going to go away on its own," Arizona Governor Doug Ducey said during a Monday press conference.
In the last week, the total number of new cases in Texas increased by nearly a third from the total reported the previous week.
The addition of Thursday's totals makes 60,183 confirmed cases of the virus in Florida, according to information from the Florida Department of Health.
While bars and entertainment businesses can open with reduced capacity, retail stores and gyms can open fully.
