Marlena Murray, 29, was indicted on a charge of criminally negligent homicide following the death of her son. She has yet to appear in court.
The girl's grandfather was charged with one count of child neglect after the incident at Daytona Beach airport.

Ymani Bain, 30, and Frances Chew, 72, were arrested after they allegedly taped children to the chair and wall.
