While promoting the comedy "Rifkin's Festival," Gina Gershon called Woody Allen an "incredible artist." Allen has long denied child sexual abuse allegations.

In an interview with The Guardian, the controversial director said that even though he's been estranged from Dylan and Ronan Farrow, he has not suffered professionally.
"He and his agent felt he had a better chance of winning if he denounced me, so he did," Allen told The Guardian.
A day after staff members walked out of their office in protest, Hachette Book Group has announced that it will not publish Allen's memoir, which was to be released in April.
The high-profile author and journalist announced that he can no longer "in good conscience" work with Hachette Book Group after a division of the company announced it's working with Farrow's estranged father, Woody Allen.
Farrow has been very outspoken in recent years about allegations that the director molested her when she was a child, which he has repeatedly denied.
"But he knew and I knew that it was a moral issue," she told THR. "He had to continue, even when that meant putting a lot on the line."
Woody Allen's adopted daughter accused the filmmaker of molesting her in 1992, when she was 7 years old.
As Dylan Farrow's claims against her adoptive father resurface, the Hollywood actor has boldly spoken out.
The relative lack of coverage of sex abuse allegations against filmmaker Allen is "wrong" and "dangerous," his son Farrow writes.
