The Lockheed Martin company, Sikorsky, unveiled a new military helicopter just days after the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a racial discrimination lawsuit against them.
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission recently settled a case with Arizona Discount Movers over targeted racial harassment aimed at an African American employee.
A Wisconsin jury awarded the employee $200,000 in compensatory damages and an additional $5 million in punitive damages.
