"When I read this, it didn't seem like their usual script, which is typically of poor academic quality," the school staff member who uncovered the deception wrote in an email to the superintendent.
"Integration Test Email # 1," read the subject line for the email that was sent out on June 17, while the body of the message simply said: "This template is used by integration tests only."
The official sent the email after the campaigning politician knocked on his door.
