Businessman John Cox is looking to unseat Governor Gavin Newsom, who beat the Republican in a landslide in 2018.
"We're going to need big, beastly changes to be made in the state," the candidate said in Sacramento during his "Meet the Beast" bus tour.
The Republican gubernatorial candidate said she wants to take the "elitists" out of California's government.
"I oppose biological boys who are trans competing in girls sports in school," the prominent transgender celebrity and California gubernatorial hopeful said Saturday.
Organizers have obtained enough verified signatures to trigger a recall election for the governor in the fall.
The consultant said it's because Jenner has not yet spoken publicly about what she would do if elected governor.
The Democrat has described the recall campaign against him as a partisan Republican effort to remove him from office.

"This Republican recall threatens our values and seeks to undo the important progress we've made -- from fighting COVID, to helping struggling families, protecting our environment, and passing commonsense gun violence solutions," Newsom wrote in a tweet. "There's too much at stake."
A petition to recall the governor has received more than 1.6 million valid signatures, according to state election officials.
The election is likely to take place in the fall and aspiring contenders have another 58 days to announce their campaigns.
"Anyone has a chance because the people are dissatisfied with what's going on here in California," the actor and former governor told Jimmy Kimmel.
The conservative commentator told Fox News that he is "not a huge fan" of the Republican Party supporting the transgender activist.
California's secretary of state validated the minimum 1.5 million signatures needed for the recall.
The gubernatorial hopeful slammed congressman Lieu's "condescending tone" while he shared a "Schoolhouse Rock video for you to educate yourself."
